A: Obesity among people is on rise because they are unaware about healthy eating habits and nutritional importance of food items. To lose weight, you have to bring permanent changes in your lifestyle. Try to eliminate food items rich in oil and ghee from your diet. The weight loss target for you is just 10kg which is not huge and can be easily achieved if you remain focus and determined towards your goal. Avoid parties and dine outs. Excessive intake of food items such as red meat ice-creams, fried foods and butter is not good for you. Opt for low salt and low calorie foods which include salads, fruits, skimmed milk and soups.
