A: You are underweight and it will be better for you to gain a few kilos. There are chances that you may suffer from many health complications if you do not gain weight. You may also experience gynae related problems. It is advisable to pay special attention to your diet and have a balanced and nutritious diet. Try to gain weight in a healthy manner and don't rely on junk food items for it. Drink plenty of water to keep your body well hydrated. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in the form of salads. Try to consume moderate five to six healthy meals a day including two snacks. Use of sesame seeds will also help you in weight gain.
