A: If your menstrual cycle has started, then you will not be able to gain more height. You should change your lifestyle and eating habits. Start having more dairy products and involve yourself in hanging exercises. Summer is here and it is the best time to enjoy it. You can get yourself enrolled in swimming classes. Regular swimmers get their height increased by 3-4 inches if they practice regurlarly. Try to have a peaceful night's sleep which will result in a good release of growth hormones. Stop having junk foods completely, and rely more on salads and fruits. A good and healthy diet with exercise will bring good result for you.
