ON the DECK
Winter wear traditionally has the same ingredients, when western style is in question, be it long overcoats, mufflers and scarves, blazers, woollen cardigans or cashmere coats. In regions where winters are still there for a month or so, it is still not late to don some uber-chic winter apparel. For young men out there, throwing in a cashmere coat, with high collars, or peak lapels, and pairing them with a matching scarf will do wonders with the look they aim for a night out with friends. For female fashionistas, buttoned cardigans, pointed boots, woollen scarves and the usual straight-legged pair of denims are perfect. In areas where winters are nearing an end, you can settle with a casual jacket, a long-sleeved polo or a woollen shirt; and also don't forget that thick combat boots are apt for this kind of look amongst guys. For girls, a bright coloured matching scarf, coupled with a plaid patterned shirt, in a typically flannel material, will suit the requirement of the weather and also give the ultimate westernised urban feel.
