Pakistani Dramas
No doubt Pakistani dramas have reached that level where we actually take the time out to watch them which is a great achievement in itself. But I have one major concern and that is the extreme level of intimacy portrayed by the actors which is sometimes not even required. Our producers and directors should keep in mind that we have certain cultural norms that we have to follow and families tend to watch these dramas together so decency should be maintained. It is not necessary to show everything on TV. Grace and decency should be sustained like our earlier dramas of the 80s and 90s, because in the long run it could have ill effects on our society.

Our National Treasures
Pakistan is one of the richest countries of the world in terms of natural resources. We have rich natural resources like oil, gas, lime stone, gold and numerous salt mines. Our country also produces several different kinds of seasonal fruits and vegetables, other produces include sugar cane, cotton, sunflower oil, rice, and dates. We also have numerous coal reserves in our country from which we can generate Pakistani Dramaselectricity for ourselves. Such great treasures are gifted to us by God but unfortunately our country is still underdeveloped. If we export all these natural resources, fruits, vegetables and other produces on regular basis then Pakistan and our future generations will benefit a lot from it.

Cooperate With Security Guards
It is our moral responsibility to cooperate with security guards. One thing that has come under my attention is that people often become harsh with them when they start checking them and unfortunately it is a very common problem. Moreover, people frequently hurl demeaning comments towards them as well which is very troubling. We must keep this thing in mind that they are just doing their jobs for our safety. So in return we should be polite to them, acknowledge their work and cooperate with them whenever required.

ODI Defeat
The recent ODI defeat of Pakistan is evident of the fact that our team is still lacking in some major areas. Ground fielding during the whole series was quite weak, our top order showed many weaknesses and was incapable to play the new ball and our pace attack struggled throughout the series. On the other hand, England side made a phenomenal come back and gave a strong bowling performance. Our players' body language was evidently not the same as before and the exuberant spirit was definitely missing which was the reason behind the dismal performance in the ODIs. However, all is not lost. We just need to take this defeat in our stride and improve where we are lagging behind.

Media And Memo Case
Memo case is being highlighted by our media as the dilemma of our country. In my opinion it is being highlighted more than it should. Mostly in Pakistan such cases are given more coverage, either to fill-up the news content or to overshadow the more pertinent problems. Pakistan is facing the worst ever gas and electricity crisis. On a daily basis people are becoming homeless and jobless, due to which they are committing crimes like suicide and vandalism. Interestingly, much importance is given to an issue which will expectedly have no result and culprits would be freed. No implementation is expected from our government nor will this case ever be solved.

Women's Day
I would like to appreciate the editorial of MAG for bringing us a great fashion orientated magazine which is also very knowledgeable, particularly for women. On the occasion of Women's Day, I would like to honour a young lady who has departed from this world. As the youngest Microsoft Certified Professional in the world, Arfa Karim deserves much accolades and respect. We should remember her in our prayers on this special day as a true inspiration, who reminded us that women can do anything. All the young ladies should follow in her footsteps. Rest in peace Arfa, you were a true inspiration!
