It is really good that you are concerned about your health. To knock off those extra kilos, you have to adopt a sensible approach of healthy eating and burning the extra calories with a good exercise plan. At a young age, the metabolic rate is higher and it is easier to lose weight. In case of hunger pangs, go for healthy options such as fruits, boiled chickpeas, popcorns or even baked potatoes. For your main meals, try to consume vegetable salads and grilled chicken or fish. Have a healthy breakfast of oat cereal and nuts.
