Madeleine Stowe shares the secret to her youthful appearance
"I try really hard to get in bed at an early hour. I like to hike and I don't believe in doing strenuous exercise. I think that it has a really bad effect. And I do a lot of facial exercises - I work out the muscles in my face. I had an uncle in Costa Rica, and he was always exercising his double chin. And it worked! It left an indelible impression in my mind. It's really helpful, though. If you just do it three days in a row, you'll see a difference. We exercise our bodies - why not the muscles in our faces?"
