We get real fed up of stars who say their killer bods are entirely because of their genes. That they eat and party and sleep and wake up with six packs and rippling biceps. So it’s really refreshing to meet Hrithik Roshan, a star who readily owns up to a fitness regimen. This is what Krrish tells a website: “I train four times in a week. I do cardio three days. Cardio is like jogging on the runner or skip for about 25 minutes. My weight training is very simple. I just keep it very intense, very short. I don’t train for more than 40 minutes. I don’t want to bulk up.”

In the battle to beat her excess baby weight, Jennifer Lopez is designing a range of exercise clothes to help motivate her to lose her post pregnancy belly. A source close to the star said, “She has some street gear already in her lines, but she wants something exclusively for sneakers, yoga pants and dance gear. She wants it to look great in the gym and in the street, and to be affordable and functional.”

“I don’t like working out. I occasionally do Pilates, but the most exercise I get is when I’m out shopping. The amount I do probably burns 2,000 calories a day!”
