CLEAN
CUT
Where is nothing more simple and subtle than a button-down dress shirt and straight cut trousers, and when the latter is black in colour, there is no colour in the world that can't go with it! A black dress pant can be matched with a dress shirt of any colour and since its winters, darker shades are IN, while bright summery hues are out. There was a time when pleated white dress shirts used to be a uniform for black tie events, but nowadays, the pleat design has emigrated into casual wear. This Prussian blue shirt and the indigo one, both sport this design and while the former has pleats on both sides of the box-pleated button placket, the indigo shirt has patterned pleats on just one side, giving both of them a casual touch. The black pleated dress shirt can be worn both casually as well as for formal wear. Contrarily the other two shirts sport a contrast; one has black and white striped contrasting fabric on the cuffs and collars whereas the other one has two front pockets, with white buttons – both apt for casual wear.
