Need A Diet Plan
Q: I am a 40-year-old woman with weight 69kg and height 4 feet 11 inches. Although I go to gym daily but I have not lost any weight. I don't have any hormonal problem. Please suggest a diet plan for me? Ruqayah
A: You need to lose around 15kg. This problem is quite common as many people go to gym but are unable to lose a single kilo. You must have also mentioned about your daily dietary intake so it would have been easier to calculate your daily dietary intake. Have oat cereal for breakfast, salad plate in midmorning and steamed fish with eggs for lunch. In evening, you can consume chickpeas and for dinner you must have yogurt with steamed vegetables. As far as the intake of chappati is concerned, you need to be careful enough. If you were utilising three chappati per day you must bring it down to two. You have to choose intelligently and make smart eating choices. In parties and dinners prefer barbeque items.
