Wet Wet Wet (Last Part)
Don't let the rains bog you down this year. These stars show you how to live it up fabulously!

Dia Mirza celebrates the monsoon spirit
I prefer sticking to pants cut off above the ankle. The monsoon is wonderful when you are watching the rain from your window. But when you are out and have to walk through the sluch, it can be painful. So it's advisable to wear skirts and dresses made from quickly dry fabrics. Bright colours like coral, yellow, green keep the spirit upbeat!
As for shoes I go for flats. Your sandals dry faster and are easy to kick off (if need be). The closed shoes need to be water proof.
I keep my make-up waterproof and light. Foundation can get greasy in this weather so a powder base concealer works better.
My skin around this time is hydrated given the natural amount of moisture in the air. So I use an oil-free moisturiser.
I like to wear my hair in loose braids. Interesting pin ups and hair bands work wonders on a bad hair day. Also a conditioner not only tames the hair but keeps the frizz out.
Romance is in the air. A long drive, great music and chai at a quaint stall in a hill station is my favourite monsoon memory.
When it's raining I like to write, paint, read, watch movies. I've noticed the monsoons provide great creative inspiration.
I crave tea, jalebis, samosas and bhajias. Now and forever!
My workouts include running, playing or hitting the gym. Eat what makes you happy in small quantities and work it off! Never deprive yourself of fried food in the monsoon. It's good for the soul.
