Buffalo Chicken Wrap
• 160g breaded chicken fillets
• Oill (for deep frying)
• 40ml buffalo-wing sauce or any hot sauce
• 50ml ranch dressing
• 1 tortilla, (28cm in diameter)
• 15g rocket leaves
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry breaded chicken. Drain oil and when chicken has cooled slightly cut into strips and toss with buffalo-wing or hot sauce. Spread ranch dressing on one side of tortilla, add rocket leaves and fried chicken, then fold tortilla up very tightly, ensuring ingredients don't spill out. Grill tortilla wrap on both sides, then cut into two. Serve with French fries and ketchup.
