A: You should lose 15kg to be in shape. Try to have a balanced diet that will provide you with necessary nutrients including proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals and exercise daily. Have a fibre rich diet. Consume complex carbohydrates as much as you can for your main meals. You can have a bowl of whole wheat cereals with low fat milk for breakfast. Consume an apple or a glass of fresh orange juice as a mid morning snack. For lunch, you can have a bran chappati with steamed vegetables. You can also have two diet biscuits with regular tea as an evening snack. For dinner, have a bran chappati with low fat curry. Exercise daily for 45 minutes to lose weight.
