KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI (1998)
This Karan Johar film was single-handedly responsible for introducing Indian audiences to high-street brands like DKNY, Gap, Diesel and the like. As the hip and uber cool college heartthrob Rahul Khanna, SRK was seeing sporting tight-fitted jerseys, bright coloured jackets and slick gelled hair. Oh and not to forget, his 'cool' chain that became hugely popular among the college-going crowd! In contrast to a fun-loving college-goer in the first half, the film's second half saw him as a mature single parent to his daughter. The actor was seen sporting suits and blazers in greys, browns and blacks, keeping in sync with his understatedly stylish character.
