Well, you should have mentioned your height and weight to get the accurate answer. You have to bring healthy changes in your lifestyle. As far as diet is concerned, include white meat, whole wheat and fresh seasonal fruits in your diet. You can also utilise lean beef as it is relatively low in fat. Have a palm sized chicken breast for dinner along with vegetable salad. You can also consume raw vegetables and pulses. Exercise regularly to shape up your body. Walk at fast pace for 60 minutes daily. Join a good gym for aerobic exercises. Squats, lunges and other weight training also help you to tone up your body.
