Summer is the best time when one can reduce weight. The metabolism of every person increases in summer so chances of burning calories are more. In winters, due to cold weather you feel hungry quite often and munch a lot. You can keep your body well hydrated in summers by focusing more on liquid diet. Have a glass of fresh juice whenever you feel hungry. You can also try watermelon diet in which you can have a bowl full of watermelon for lunch and dinner. Fruits intake will not only help you lose weight but it will also leave a glowing impact on your skin. Cabbage soup diet is also good for you.

A good combination of healthy diet and vigorous exercise plan is necessary for a permanent weight loss. Exercise increases metabolic rate which helps in losing the stubborn fat. Move your body after every hour or two. Walk in your cabin for atleast 10 minutes after every hour or two. Use stairs instead of elevators. Have small meals frequently after a gap of every three hours and avoid junk food items completely. Keep a water bottle with you and drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. Seasonal fruits and vegetable salad are also good options.

A:
First of all you should make an effort to lose weight as you are overweight. The weight loss target for you is 25kg. For pain in your joints you should take proper medication along with a good diet. Keep your vitamin D and calcium levels normal and have a balanced diet. Your diet should include lots of green vegetables, egg, milk, fish and dairy products .You have to be choosy in certain food choices as you are overweight. Have skimmed milk instead of full cream milk. Prefer boiled eggs over fried ones. Raw and steamed vegetables are good to include in your diet. Spend some time in natural sunlight and the ideal time is during 10am to 3pm. It will give you additional strength and prevent further bone loss. Take calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly.

You are going through an eating disorder. Eating disorders are of three types. One is anorexia nervosa in which the person does not eat at all and is very thin but still wants to lose the weight. Other is bulimia nervosa in which the person eats a lot but then tries to induce vomiting because he/she feels guilty after having excessive food. The third is compulsive eating disorder in which the person eats a lot and does not want to eat less. These people are then generally obese. You belong to the third category and it is very important for you to overcome this habit for future good health. You have to reduce 16kg. Consult a psychologist for your emotional eating habit.

These days a lot of slimming centres have introduced the sauna bath facility for weight loss. The weight loss with sauna is temporary, as it is achieved by losing the water content from the body in the form of sweating. Infact the weight is easily regained after drinking a couple of glasses of water or juice. Using a sauna is certainly not as effective as spending the same amount of time doing activities such as walking, swimming, or taking an aerobics class. Have a balanced diet and include fruits and vegetables in your diet.

It is very difficult for a person to lose weight with any hormonal problem. You are very young and you can easily lose weight by eliminating bad foods from your diet. Cut down junk food from your diet. Avoid refined carbohydrates and increase the intake of complex carbohydrates and protein in your diet. Drink two cups of hot water before every meal. Have steamed vegetables and grilled chicken for lunch and dinner.
