Sweet Mango Delight
Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
• 3 cups sweet mango pulp
• 1 cup thick fresh cream
• Sugar, (as required)
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
For Serving
• Fresh mango pieces
• Mango Icecream

Method
In a large mixing bowl mix the mango with the cream and cardamom powder. If using sugar, mix at this stage and stir gently till the sugar melts. Chill in the fridge. Just before serving add a scoop of ice cream or a portion of ice cream with every serving.
