Lose 10kg In 3 Months
Q: I am a 23-year-old girl with weight 75kg and height 5 feet 3 inches. I want to lose 10kg in three months. Please suggest a good diet plan for me. Faiza
A: A high fibre diet would be really helpful for you. Have high fibre foods whenever possible. Replace refined white bread with whole wheat ones. Have brown rice instead of white rice. You should also have pulses and beans atleast once a day. Large portion of vegetables should be used daily and atleast one portion of your meal should be consisted of fruits. Your weight reduction target is 20kg which you can easily achieve in six months if follow this diet regularly. You must also increase the intake of fluids in your diet. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise is also very important to burn calories. Walk at a fast pace for 60 minutes daily.
