You have to take this medicine regularly. The weight loss target for you is 40kg. Cut down salt from your diet and be very selective with certain food products.
Enhance the flavour of your food with spices and herbs and choose fresh frozen vegetables whenever possible for all your meals. The canned versions generally contain a lot of salt. When canned food is the only option, reduce the salt by draining the liquid and rinsing the vegetables in water before eating.

As you are young you should reduce 15kg. While attempting to lose weight, it is good for you to know that fats perform a vital role in the body. They provide stored energy, store and circulate fat-soluble vitamins and provide a layer of insulation underneath the skin. So they are important and you should not eliminate them completely from your diet. Include good fats in your diet and avoid bad fats as they cause a variety of health problems. Try to avoid saturated fat as it has the destructive capability to increase blood cholesterol hence it causes heart diseases. Live a low fat lifestyle by limiting your intake of red meat, whole milk dairy, fried foods, high-fat spreads and oily sauces.

Avoid chapatti completely for sometimes and exercise regularly to get rid of your stubborn fat. Switch to low fat milk, yogurt and cheese while jazzing up foods with herbs, spices, lemon juice and mustards. Decrease the salt intake as it leads to weight gain. Salt is composed of 40 percent sodium and 60 percent chloride. It is a mineral that is essential for many important functions controlling fluid balance in your body, transmitting electrical impulses, contracting muscles, absorbing nutrients across cell membranes and most importantly in maintaining your body's acid base balance. So you have to cut down salt in your diet to lose weight quickly.

To lose 5kg is very easy and simple. Make a target of losing atleast 1kg per week. You should take fruits low in sodium and high in potassium. Go easy on condiments that contain considerable amount of salt, including catsup, mustard, monosodium glutamate, salad dressings, sauces, olives and pickles. Stock your kitchen with low sodium versions of soy sauce and steak sauce. Select unsalted or reduced salt nuts, seeds, crackers, popcorn and pretzels. Take it easy with cheese. Unfortunately, it not only has a lot of fat, but sodium as well. If you are feeling extra motivated, stock your fridge with low salt and low fat brands. Read labels carefully and choose foods lower in sodium especially when choosing frozen dinners, canned soups, packaged mixes and combination dishes.
