I have had a caesarian section and was given spinal anesthesia. A year has passed since my delivery still I get terrible headaches. What can be the reason and how can I get rid of them?

Headache from spinal anesthesia is not prolonged for a year. It could be because of other reasons, better consult a neurologist.
A lot of people opt for C-Section and I have been given a choice as well. Does it have any side effects or rather after effects? Should I go for it?

Caesarian sections have been reserved for situations guided by standard clinical indicators. If there is no indication except personal choice then better not opt for it since you will have a scar on the uterus which will affect subsequent deliveries. After effects include infection, hemorrhage and urinary problems if injured during the procedure.
What is the best way to tone lower abdomen muscles after delivery? Mine are lose and bulging.

Raise your legs to 30o while lying flat on the back, then bring them down but do not touch the ground and keep 5o off. Repeat this procedure at least 25 times a day.
Can one have normal delivery after a C-section? Are there any complications involved?

Normal delivery can occur after caesarian section if it was done for a non-recurrent cause such as low lying placenta, breech presentation etc. It should be conducted in a tertiary care unit. Small risk of scar rupture is involved.
