Ramp Ravings

A corporate event was held at a posh venue recently. As part of the entertainment package a fashion show had been organised featuring designers Nazia Malik, Tabassum Mughal and Humayun Alamgir.
As you entered the premises you were welcomed by purple and black décor which certainly managed to impress all those who were there. The fashion segment got underway with the girls hitting the ramp in the beautiful creations of the designers. Nazia Malik had worked on the traditional lines showcasing a shadi-like collection. Her embellished shirts were paired with capris and trousers mostly while Tabassum Mughal sent down the runway a fusion line. She had conjured a red carpet look for her attire with emphasis on smart cuts and silhouettes. Flowy chiffons and silks with panels in magenta, blue, gold and black comprised her collection. While Humayun Alamgir had worked up a colourful men's line replete with colours and a lot of nakhraas.
The show entertained the audience who were all comfortably settled in their seats enjoying the evening which was followed by an appetising dinner.
