Mahira Khan is currently basking in the glory of being one of the most loved actors in the Asian subcontinent, as well as in regions where the South Asian community resides. Once a popular VJ, Mahira soon forayed into the world of acting with her first drama serial Neeyat and later acted in Shoaib Mansoor’s directorial Bol which also marked her debut on the big screen, however, it was her blockbuster serial Humsafar alongside Fawad Khan that brought her instant fame among Pakistan’s television-watching masses, and the star hasn’t looked back ever since. She went on to work with the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan as his love interest in Raees, and is now an established movie star in Pakistan with films like Bin Roye, Ho Mann Jahan and Verna. Mahira is a hands-on mom and loves spending time with her eight-year-old son, Azlan.
