Grilled Greek Yogurt-Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
· 450g bag of frozen black forest fruits
· Zest and juice of 1 orange
· 1tsp honey
· 1tsp cinnamon
· 50g low-fat spread
· 125g spelt flour
· 40g caster sugar
· 40g fruit and nut muesli
Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Tip the defrosted frozen black forest fruits with juices (if any) into individual pudding bowls or 1 litre baking dish. Whisk the zest and juice of orange, honey and cinnamon together and pour over the fruit. In a bowl, rub the spread into the flour to form fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar and muesli, and scatter the mixture over the fruit. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp.
