Vanilla French Toast

Ingredients

· 1 cup milk

· 1 package (3oz.) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix

· 1 large egg

· ½ tsp ground cinnamon

· 8 slices of toast

· 2tsp butter

Method

In a large bowl, whisk the milk, pudding mix, egg and cinnamon for about two minutes or until well blended. Dip the toast in the pudding mixture, coating both sides. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
