Hira Tareen

7/10

MAG’s TAKE:
Hira kept things in her stride by donning a monochrome western attire. Though her hairdo was different from her previous appearances, it did compliment her otherwise high-fashion look. We wish she had gone for black pointed toe pumps and a red pout.

Humaira Asghar

8/10

MAG’s TAKE:
Humaira looks gorgeous in this black and gold shiny number. Complimenting the outfit with metal jewellery was a sensible choice. We have a minor quibble though. She should have gone for a pair of gladiator sandals. We also love the way she chose to create the illusion of curves around her waist with a leather belt.

Amna Aqeel

6/10

MAG’s TAKE:
Amna is usually known for her sensible style sense but she did not put her best foot forward on the red carpet. The silk single-sleeved white top looks quite off. Also, we don't approve of the subtle make-up and this off-the-beat handbag. A clutch in a shade of red would have done the trick. You could have looked far better Amna.

Anusheh Shahid

8/10

It was rather atypical on Anusheh’s part to pair this striped number with a pair of kheris. But we believe that when you have a such a strong presence in glamour circles, things go in your favour sometimes, irrespective of how un-conventional your attempts are in terms of fashion. We approve of Anusheh’s look!

Ali Arif

8/10

MAG’s TAKE:
A journalist, host and an anchorperson, Ali Arif is been quite a sensation these days. And the way he dresses up surely has a bit to contribute to all his fame. The way he paired a white pair of jeans with a camel-coloured blazer and a black button-down shirt, deserves a thumbs up from us. Looks can kill, sometimes!

Sarwat Gilani

8/10

MAG’s TAKE:
Let’s admit the fact that Sarwat does know how to dress up prefectly for a particular occasion. She is seen here wearing a drool-worthy Deepak Perwani’s creation. Her in-place make-up finishes off her look in a decent way although we strongly believe that she should have played with her look a little bit more. Here and from us!

Zhalay Sarhadi

8/10

MAG’s TAKE:
Kudos to Zhalay who always makes fashion journos speak in her favour with the prolific style sense almost every time she is clicked by paparazzi.

Irrespective of whatever she is wearing inside this lust-worthy red embroidered jacket, she wins our hearts. From her straight hair to strappy high-heeled sandals, she looks every inch a fashion diva. Way to go, the style girl!

Furqan Qureshi

7/10

MAG’s TAKE:
Ever since the chinos have made their place in the fashion market, they have been the crucial part of every fashion lover’s wardrobe especially men. And Furqan Qureshi is no exception; he opted for a trendy, skinny pair of the pants to walk the red carpet. If there is one thing we could change, it would be the pair of loafers - he should have played with the colours here.

Ayesha Farook Hashwani

9/10

MAG’s TAKE:
When you are a big name in the industry, it becomes difficult to win a nod from fashion critics every time you step out. But Ayesha does it with aplomb. She was seen wearing a creation from her own collection, and nailed it to perfection. The silk number perfectly hugs her petite frame. Please don't get us started on the pair of shimmery pointed toe pumps!

CALL THE FASHION POLICE

Hira Hussain

MAG’s TAKE:
Relatively a new face in the industry, Hira Hussain is growing stronger with every passing day (thanks to Cake). What she was thinking before walking the red carpet is for everybody to guess. We are so clueless about whatever she is wearing that we can't even think of a comment let alone write it. So passe!

Nadia Hussain

MAG’s TAKE:
Nadia surely knows how to turn heads, and for all the wrong reasons. What an epic fail her look was on the red carpet. Even though the cool metallic embroidered gown had all the right ingredients to up her fashion quotient, Nadia gave it a miss by choosing wrong accessories, like a leather-strapped wristwatch. With the face all glitter, the messy braid does not help her much. It’s high time that Nadia gets a stylist instead of trusting her own fashion voices.

Ayesha Toor

MAG’s TAKE:
It looks like Ayesha does not own a mirror. We could not think of any other reason why she preferred to step on the red carpet dressed this hideously.

Rabia Butt

MAG’s TAKE:
Once upon a time, she was a supermodel. Going black does look classy but this casual look does not do justice to the image of Rabia Butt who is or (used to be) the style icon for many. What an irony that she seemed to forget all the styling rules herself!
