Give your typical protein intake an upgrade with this quickie flatbread Panini. Scramble the eggs in a pan, then add them as a filling to a flatbread sandwich with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella giving the sandwich a quickie grill.

What’s faster than rinsing and draining a can of beans? Almost nothing! Get energised with this quick recipe featuring chickpeas and spinach. Take a pan, combines sauté chickpeas and spinach with smoked paprika, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper for a flavourful delight, and stuff it into a pita.

Chicken Meatballs

Here is a meal prep for all the chicken lovers, get some chicken mince balls frozen to go for emergency lunches or even dinner plans, whip them out during the week for a quick pasta. Add one teaspoon oil in a pan and cook the mince balls with a little garlic paste, salt and pepper to give it a nice flavour. Then add a little store bought marinara sauce, sprinkle coriander leaves and you are ready to grab a delectable treat for yourself!
