Born in Lahore, Faysal Qureshi is a very famous TV and film actor as well as host. He is the son of veteran actor Afshan and her late husband Abid Qureshi. He started his career as a child artist with plays like Emergency Ward and Andhera Ujala. He then appeared in his first lead role in and as Boota. Qureshi made his film debut with the film Saza in 1992. He has hosted game show Jeet ka dum, reality show Hero Banney Ki Tarang, and currently hosts morning show Muskurati Morning. He was highly praised for his negative role in and as Bashar Momin.
