Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

· 700g beef qeema
· ½ cup coriander
· 3-4 green chilies
· 1 teaspoon fried coriander
· 3 tablespoon coconut powder
· 2 teaspoon fried cumin
· 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
· 3 tablespoon chickpea powder
· 1 tablespoon oil
· Salt to taste
· 2 teaspoon red chili powder
· 3-4 tablespoon fried onion
· ½ teaspoon turmeric
· ½ teaspoon chaat masala
· ½ teaspoon garam masala
· 1 tablespoon papaya powder
Method
Add all the ingredients in a chopper and blitz. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Rub water on your hands, take a hand full ball of qeema mixture and shape the kebab on a skewer. Apply oil on a grill. Place the skewer on the grill and cook the kebab until tenders. Serve with vegetables and raita.
