Beef Pasanday

Ingredients

· 600g beef pasanday

· ½ cup yogurt

· 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

· 2 tablespoon lemon juice

· 1 onion (fried)

· Salt to taste

· 1 tablespoon red chili powder

· 1 teaspoon crushed red chili

· 2 tablespoon gram powder, roasted

· 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

· Oil as required

· 3 tablespoon crushed papaya

· 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

· 1 teaspoon cumin powder, roasted

· 1 teaspoon coriander powder, roasted

· 1 teaspoon black pepper

· 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

Method

In a bowl add pasanday and marinate with all the ingredients for four to five hours and keep it in fridge. Now in a flat pan heat oil then add chopped garlic and marinated pasanday in it. Cook it for two to three minutes then let it simmer on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes until beef gets tender. Make sure you cook it well. Garnish with coriander leaves and your dish is ready to serve.
