Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

· ½ kg fat-tailed sheep fat
· 1.5 kg mutton leg
· 2 potatoes
· 3 tomatoes
· 2 onion
· 6-7 green chilies
· 1 lemon
· 50g ginger
· 50g garlic
· Salt to taste
· Black pepper to taste
· 2 ½ cup water
In a mud handi add fat-tailed sheep fat and then add big sized cut mutton leg. Add tomatoes, potato, onion, green chilies, lemon, ginger, garlic and salt & pepper Add water, close it and cover the edges with flour. Cook for two and a half hour and don’t let steam go out. Open it carefully and serve.
