Word has reached us that the air-force thriller film, Sherdil is getting a sequel. Mikaal Zulfiqaar paid a tribute to the Pakistan Air Force in the movie but according to the producer and writer of the movie Noman Khan, the lead actor might not be a part of this sequel. According to Khan, "Sherdil 2 will have a new cast coming in to keep the audience on their toes and watch that thing from the edge of their seats and enjoy it. So that’s going to be a little different." He further said, "Sherdil came to an end at a point that everybody asked me this question and by this time now I have started thinking that I should write something as Sherdil 2... But certainly the sequel is going to be totally different as compared to Sherdil and we would just have some of these characters in the beginning because they worked wonderfully well in the movie." But fans are asked to hold on to their reins of anticipation as there is “one or two years” to the film’s release.
