Awards season has officially begun with Hollywood Film Awards kicking off its 21st annual award show at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. The award night featured eminent honourees and big winners that included the likes of Gary Oldman, Angelina Jolie, Kate Winslet, the cast of The Big Sick and I, Tonya to name a few. The star-studded night was hosted by James Cordon, who performed the job for the third consecutive year. The award ceremony was packed with Oscar hopefuls, which every year makes the event the talk of the town, and was also the first award show to have taken place in Hollywood’s post-Weinstein-and-Spacey era following accusations about inappropriate advances among the fraternity; however, Dustin Hoffman, who was recently in news for similar reasons, was spotted among the attendees. The glitzy evening saw exceptional red carpet moments and beautiful faces from the Hollywood film fraternity making it a night to remember.
