Beef Seekh Kabab

Ingredients

· 250 g beef mince

· 2 onion

· 4-5 green chillies

· 1 cup coriander leaves

· 1 bread slice

· 1 tablespoon butter

· Salt to taste

· 1 teaspoon all-spice powder

· ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder

· ¼ teaspoon meat tenderiser

· 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

· 3-4 tablespoons oil

Method

Finely chop onion, ginger, garlic in a chopper. Keep aside in a bowl. In the chopper, add beef mince, bread slice, butter, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, all-spice powder, nutmeg powder, meat tenderiser and chop them until smooth. Now, mix in the chopped onions. Make elongated kebabs and fry for 10 minutes until light brown. Serve them with tamarind dip, onion slices and paratha.
