The coming year is going to be a visual treat for many: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has come out with a fiery trailer that shows Jeff Goldblum reprise his role as Dr Ian Malcolm and lots of dinosaurs! It will be the second film in the reboot trilogy and the sixth installment of the Jurassic Park series, slated for release on June 22. The much-hyped trailer for Avenger: Infinity War also released not too long ago and managed to set a new record, racking up 230 million views in just 24 hours! The star-studded film opens on May 4.

Time for a new Shanakht!

YBQ Design Studios launched its Autumn/Fall 2017 limited assortment called Shanakht with an exclusive launch event in Karachi that was well-attended by media, celebrities and socialites, including Sarwat Gilani, Hania Aamir, Saboor Aly, Danyal Zafar and Nighat Misbah. Uzair J is out with Sohneya

The singer has released the video for his new single Sohneya, a romantic pop number that might get stuck in your head. The video features Uzair grooving to his tune in a club setting with his lady interest, actress Noor Khan. They look absolutely adorable styled immaculately and moving to the beats together. According to Jaswal, this will also be the first track of his second album, of which there is no release date yet.

A breath of fresh air for the youth

The producers of the award-winning children’s television show Burka Avenger have come up with a new animated series titled Teetoo and Tania. The story follows Teetoo, an alien bureaucrat who has identified earthlings as a threat to the universe because of their penchant for aggression and war, and so wants to destroy Earth. He crash lands in the backyard of 16-year-old Tania who is determined to change his mind by telling him about Pakistani heroes.
