A bone-chilling image of what the world will look like in 2118 has been viral on the internet, after an interview with a time traveller who claims to have visited Earth more than 100 years into the future.

Alexander Smith who was involved in a secretive CIA experiment, says he time travelled from the year 1981, and has seen what the future will look like. And it’s not pretty.

In his interview on YouTube, the former secretive CIA operative shares that he is risking his life by talking about this, because the CIA “are looking for me and I am living in hiding”. He shared images as proof of his visit into the future.

“The Government confiscated the original photo, but before they took it from me, I did manage to make the copy,” said Alexander as he held up the picture of the ‘future’. The image showed a number of tall green buildings spaciously spread out.
