Raspberry Flapjacks

· 1tbsp coconut oil

· 120g apple sauce

· 80ml milk

· 1½ tbsp honey

· 1tbsp cinnamon

· 125g oats

· 150g raspberries


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a deep 15x15cm cake tin and set to one side. Melt coconut oil in a large pan and mix in apple sauce until well-blended and smooth. Add milk, honey, cinnamon and oats, and mix well. Gently fold in the raspberries. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before dividing into 10 equal pieces.
