Sweet Chilli Lamb

· 1tsp sesame oil

· 1tbsp olive oil

· 450g lamb steaks

· 1 clove garlic, crushed

· 3tbsp sweet chilli sauce

· 1 lime, juice and rind

· 100g peas

· 4 spring onions, thinly sliced

· 2tbsp fresh coriander, chopped


Heat the oils in a large non-stick frying pan or wok, then add in the lamp strips and garlic. Cook for about for to five minutes until meat is brown on both sides and cooked through. Add the sweet chilli sauce and cook for a few more minutes. Add in lime juice, rind and peas, and stir through. Add spring onions, toss together and serve garnished with coriander, along with vegetables, and mashed potatoes.
