20 Pakistanis To Be Proud Of

The book, compiled by UBL, is a tribute to some of Pakistan’s legendary personalities. It starts with an ode to the founder of the nation – Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, who made it possible for Pakistanis to call this country their home; and from then on pays tribute to the exceptional individuals from different fields that have represented Pakistan in a good light to the rest of the world. With names like the great Abdul Sattar Edhi, Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Mehdi Hassan or the immensely gifted Sadequain to name a few, the dedicated volume is a celebration of the triumphs of such marvels that have contributed to the country’s well-being in some or the other way.
