Diana Penty, the heroine of John Abraham’s upcoming film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, is hoping the long-drawn-out controversy surrounding the film has garnered it some positive publicity.

The film has been caught in a tussle between its producers JA Entertainment and KriArj Entertainment. The film, that was supposed to hit theatres in February, was postponed for release in May.

I am really looking forward to it as it has been delayed a lot. Sometimes I feel there’s a build up of curiosity whenever a film gets into any sort of trouble, so maybe there is a silver lining somewhere.”

Parmanu was scheduled to release on December 8, 2017, but was later rescheduled for February 23, 2018.
