Share multiple photos and videos at once on Instagram Stories

Here’s some good news for Android users of Instagram. The photo-sharing app recently announced a couple of updates to its Stories feature on Android, including the ability to upload multiple photos and videos at the same time.

Earlier, if one wanted to post several photos or videos to their Instagram story, they would have to go through the process for every individual piece of media. Now, when Android users go to upload media, there will be a new icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once the user taps it, their phone’s gallery will display and allow them to select up to 10 photos and videos to post in one shot. Once the content is selected, they’ll see a preview of how it all looks together, and have the option to add stickers, text, and other decorations to each one before uploading everything.

WhatsApp use prohibited for those under-16 in Europe

All Europeans under the age of 16 would need to wait a while if they are looking to message their friends on WhatsApp, since the messaging service is raising its age limit to 16 from 13 in the region. The rule change comes as new European data privacy rules roll out in the EU next month.

The move will see users having to confirm their age when the company rolls out its new terms of service, the company said in a blog post. It comes about even as France is planning to build its own non-WhatsApp messaging service.
