SpaceX launches second Falcon 9 rocket

SpaceX recently launched its reusable Block 5 Falcon 9 boosters. 10 satellites were deployed by the rocket for sat-phone company Iridium from Vandenberg Air Force Base and to upgrade the company's constellation, 75 satellites scheduled launches in the seventh of eight.

It was the second launch by company, for it earlier sent the Telstar 18 Vantage broadband satellite, the world's heaviest commercial communications device to space.

Google slowed YouTube down on non-Chrome browsers

Chris Peterson, Technical Program Manager at Mozilla, stated that issues regarding Google's new architectural design are that it has made video sharing sites slower on non-Chrome browsers like Firefox and Edge.

He tweeted: “YouTube page load is 5x slower in Firefox and Edge than in Chrome because YouTube's Polymer redesign relies on the deprecated Shadow DOM v0 API only implemented in Chrome. You can restore YouTube's faster pre-Polymer design with this Firefox extension.”

However, Google's spokesperson in response to Peterson said that company’s overall YouTube performance on Firefox is the same as it has been since the site’s redesign. Nonetheless, the company has recently fixed a bug that helps improve Firefox performance and it’s always working to make YouTube faster.

The Company said in its official announcement that its goal is to create a “micro-community of brand ambassadors.” You’ll get points for how often you wear Hilfiger clothes or walk around to find Tommy-branded icons on the app’s map, by completing these challenges users will earn points that can be translated into rewards, including gift cards. However, it’s a program to check Hilfiger customer’s loyalty.
