Masalaydar Mutton

· ½ kg mutton

· 3 onions, chopped

· 1 cup yogurt

· 1tbsp ginger paste

· 6 red chillies

· 1tsp turmeric powder

· 6 green chilies

· 1tsp whole black peppers

· 6 cloves garlic

· 2 lemons

· Salt to taste

· ½ bunch coriander, chopped

· Oil


Heat oil in a pan; add in onions and fry till golden brown. Add in mutton, turmeric powder, ginger paste and some salt. Crush together red chillies, green chillies, garlic cloves and black pepper. When the water of the meat dries, add in one cup hot water and let it tender. When the water dries, add in yogurt and grinded spice. Cook it well. When the oil separates, add in lemon juice and coriander. Simmer it for about five to 10 minutes. Masalaydar mutton is ready to serve.
