Pineapple-Mango Lemonade

Ingredients

· 1¼ cups freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice, chilled

· 3½ cups of cold water

· ¾ cup + 2tbsp granulated sugar

· 1 (46oz.) can of pineapple juice, chilled

· 1 (32oz.) bottle of mango nectar (100% juice), chilled

· Frozen pineapple chunks, or mango chunks (optional)

Method

In a one-gallon pitcher, or larger, whisk together lemon juice, water and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice and mango nectar. Now, add pineapple and mango chunks along with ice. Serve chilled.
