We need a call to action for this. There is no free helpline for suicide, or any mental health related trauma. We need a toll free number to get help at the end of the line, to help save lives. Also, break the stigma, the taboo. There is no shame is seeking mental health help.

Just read up on a brave man Nawaz Afridi from KP who fought years to protect his daughters from the horror of forced marriage as he challenged a custom of "ghag" when his nephews laid a claim on his daughters. GHAG is a custom where a person forcibly demands the hand of a woman.
