Brain Masala

Ingredients

· Brain

· 3-4 garlic cloves

· 4-5 black pepper

· Turmeric a pinch

· 3-4 tablespoon oil

· 1 medium onion, finely chopped

· 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste

· 1 large tomato, chopped

· 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

· Salt to taste

· ¼ teaspoon turmeric

· 1 teaspoon coriander powder

· ½ teaspoon garam masala

· 3-4 tablespoon yogurt

· 2-3 green chilies

· Coriander leaves

· Ginger to garnish

Method

Add water in a pan, add turmeric, garlic cloves and black pepper, let it boil for five to six minutes. Take out the boiled brain and clean it properly. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it for two minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get softer. Add all spices, mix well. Add water and cook for two minutes. Add yogurt & mix it well and cook. Add brain and mix well with the masala. Now add garam masala, green chilies and oil about at the end and mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander and thinly sliced ginger. Serve with naan or khameeri roti.
