Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
· 5 tablespoon rice
· 1 liter milk
· Water, as needed
· 6 green cardamoms
· ½ cup sugar
· 3 mangoes, mashed
· 20g pistachio
· 20g almond
· 20g cashew
Method
In a cooking pot, add milk, water, green cardamom, grinded rice. Now, cook it for five minutes. After that, add sugar, mashed mangoes. Now cook for three to four minutes. Use almond, pistachio, cashew for garnishing. Serve after chilled.
