Ingredients

· 700g mutton

· 1 cup onion, chopped

· 1 tablespoon garlic

· 1 tablespoon green chili, chopped

· 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, ground

· ½ cup yogurt

· 1 teaspoon red chili owder

· 1 tablespoon papaya paste

· ½ teaspoon turmeric

· Salt to taste

· 1 teaspoon garam masala

· ¾ cup water

· ¼ cup water

Method

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and marinate for two to three hours. Add to pot and add oil, cook for five to seven minutes. Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Now put the foil small bowl in the cooking pot and put ember in the foil pot and drizzle cooking oil and cover it for two minutes. Serve with naan.
