Grilled Greek Yogurt-Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
· cup semolina
· cup sugar
· cup milk
· cup ghee
· ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
· 2 tablespoon chopped cashews
· 2 tablespoon raisins
Soak semolina in milk for atleast half an hour. Heat ghee and sugar in a wok. When the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat. Now add the semolina mixture and dry fruits. Keep stirring until the halwa comes together as a mass. If it still seems too fluid, stir a little on low flame. Turn off the heat and set aside for two minutes. Serve hot.
