Ingredients

· ½ kg mutton

· 1 tablespoon chopped ginger

· 1 teaspoon white pepper

· Salt to taste

· 2 onions, chopped

· 3 green chillies

· 1 tablespoon butter

· ½ cup yogurt

· ½ packtet Fresh cream

· 1 cup oil

Method

Add oil in a pan on a low flame. Add chopped onions and fry it till it is golden brown. Add in ½ kg mutton, ½ cup yogurt and salt to taste. Cook till the meat becomes tender. Add chopped ginger, white pepper and chopped green chillies and cook. Simmer and add fresh cream and butter. Top with freshly chopped coriander and serve.
