Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
· 1 packet spaghetti
· Salt
· Juice and zest of 2 lemons
· 2 cup parmesan, grated
· Freshly ground black pepper, optional
Method
In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve a cup of boiling water, then drain. Return spaghetti to pot and mix with lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan. Season with more salt and pepper if desired.
